Getting started

We offer private Pilates instruction and small Pilates classes designed for all levels of fitness and circumstances. From beginners to serious athletes to those recovering from a physical injury or circumstance, Align offers Pilates training designed to meet your individual needs. Two to three Pilates training sessions a week will provide dynamic changes to your overall health and appearance. Most people feel a difference in their bodies after the first few sessions. We recommend that your first few Pilates instruction sessions be private sessions. This will introduce you to the Pilates apparatus, movement, and language. All sessions and classes last 55 minutes.

Please call the studio to schedule your Private session  (310) 854-0950. All reservations require a credit card number to hold space. 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow 24-hours advance notice to avoid being charged for your session.


WHAT TO WEAR

Pilates, GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® incorporate stretching, bending and twisting motions.  Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing that will not restrict your movements.  Footwear is not required – Pilates exercises are performed in bare feet or socks.  Workout socks with non-skid grips are recommended

There is plenty of convenient street parking adjacent to the studio. 2 hours FREE on Clifton Way • 1 or 2 hours FREE on Clark Dr • 1 hour metered on Robertson Blvd. • $6/hr at Cedars Medical Center (directly across the street)
