Six Pack Abs for Neck Injuries

Tightness, stiffness and injury to the neck and shoulders can make getting a deep abdominal workout difficult and painful. In this series, viewers will learn how to use the TheraBand to support the neck while performing a series of intense core exercises to tone, define and strengthen your midsection. Also great for conquering the dreaded peri/post menopausal midsection spread!

New Mom Series

A gentle abdominal series designed to help new moms reconnect with their abdominals post natal or post C-section.

Shoulder Rehab

Shoulder injuries are a literal pain to come back from - even the smallest movements can be agonizing. This series of exercises uses the TheraBand to stretch and strengthen the micro-muscles that support the shoulder joint and upper back to help increase range of motion and get you back moving safely and pain-free.

Lower Back Release

Pelvic floor and core stability are essential for lower back strength. Join Julie Amick in this toning exercise to help strengthen your core and pelvic floor while supporting the lower back. This exercise is perfect for those who have had back injuries but are still looking to tone up!

Treat For Your Feet

Our feet carry us through the day and have the tough job of supporting our whole body. We often abuse them with unsupportive shoes like high heels and flip flops. Sore feet and a misaligned gait can affect everything from your knees, hips, spine and neck. Painful conditions like planter fasciitis, bunions, heel spurs and fallen arches can sideline you from your regular workouts and your daily activities. This simple fascial release series utilizing a small ball (tennis, racquet or therapy ball) stretches your feet and strengthens your ankle joint to help put the pep back in your step.
